Requirements
No previous experience required (on-the-job training provided).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand.
Sort, stack, and store clean items properly.
Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, floors, and kitchen equipment as needed.
Remove trash and recycling regularly and ensure bins are clean.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and back-of-house areas.
Monitor cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when stock is low.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks when required.
Handle kitchen equipment with care to avoid damage or injury.
