Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Good physical condition – able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Dependable, punctual, and flexible with work shifts (including weekends/holidays).
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain all public areas, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, stairways, elevators, and staff areas.
Assist room attendants by collecting and delivering linen, supplies, and trash.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas regularly.
Remove trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal procedures are followed.
Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums, polishers) safely and efficiently.
Restock supplies in public restrooms and utility closets.
Respond promptly to housekeeping requests and assist with guest service needs.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Ensure all cleaning procedures meet health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Support special cleaning projects and deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.
