Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
Keep all kitchen areas clean and organized, including work surfaces, floors, and equipment.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools using manual or industrial equipment.
Unpack and store food deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and storage procedures.
Dispose of waste correctly and maintain proper sanitation practices.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
Refill and maintain kitchen supplies such as hand towels, sanitizers, and utensils.
Perform other general kitchen duties as directed by supervisors.
