Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer-facing role (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Process bills and handle payments accurately (cash, card, or room charge).
Stay informed about menu items, specials, ingredients, and allergens.
Assist with side duties such as polishing cutlery, folding napkins, and restocking service areas.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
